Gentle by design: built without flashing or strobe effects, only slow soft light. All camera work stays on this device and is not uploaded by the app. If you press Record, a clip of the screen and the music is saved to this device's downloads: the app sends it nowhere.

Setup
For the helper. Set this up once for the person playing. It saves automatically on this device. During play you can open this any time with the βοΈ button on the right edge; changes apply instantly, no need to leave the session. To leave play, hold the π button until its ring fills (about a second); a quick tap does nothing, so it is never left by accident.
Every action makes a sound and a bloom of light. The first skill: I did something, and something happened.
Big colored pads to press. Off gives a plain touch-anywhere surface.
Only used for the Head, Eyes, and Any motion methods. Higher means smaller movements make sound.
How long the circle takes to fill when resting the eyes or head on a spot. Ten levels, from very patient to very quick.
Every 20 plays, the circle fills one level faster, up to level 10. A toast announces each level up.
Camera use is allowed on this device. Turning it off stops any camera running now and asks again next time. Touch and Switch play are unaffected.
Safety & legal
Lights and photosensitivity
This app is gentle by design: built without flashing or strobe effects, only slow soft light. Even so, a small number of people are sensitive to moving light and patterns. If the player has photosensitive epilepsy or a similar condition, check with their doctor first and stay with them while they play. Stop right away if you notice dizziness, changed vision, eye or muscle twitching, involuntary movement, confusion, or discomfort.
Not a medical device
Accessible Play is a recreational, creative activity. It is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, provides no health benefit, and it is not a substitute for professional care. Use it with whatever support and supervision is right for the person playing.
Sound
Start at a low volume and raise it slowly to a comfortable level, especially with headphones or a player with sound sensitivity.
Privacy
Everything runs on this device. The camera image is processed locally in your browser only to detect movement; camera video is never included in a recording or uploaded by the app. This page has no microphone. Pressing Record saves only the canvas lights and app-generated music to this device. The app saves only your setup choices in this browser's local storage. Accessible Play requires no account, has no ads or behavioral analytics, and does not upload play activity. The optional Pro unlock in the separate Studio uses a purchase key only and never receives student camera, microphone, or play content.
All code, sounds, and visuals are original work. Sounds are synthesized live in the browser; nothing is sampled. The Eyes and Head methods use Google's MediaPipe face landmark model, included under the Apache License 2.0 (the license and notice ship in the mediapipe folder); the gaze calibration and mapping around it are original. The app is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Halal Helper LLC d/b/a Omerica Studios is not liable for damages arising from its use.
The camera runs on this device only. It estimates where the face, eyes or movement are, so moving can play notes and light. Frames are used for a moment and thrown away.
Never uploaded, recorded, sold, or shared.
Never used to identify anyone. No faceprint, no identity template, no database match.
Never used to diagnose, score, or judge posture or ability.
Two things are saved on this device, until you clear your browser: your answer here, and calibration numbers.
Touch and Switch play keep working either way. Full details in Privacy.
